  • Staff cannot take or confirm orders without Owner approval.
  • Confirm once delivery is completed.

Payment Rules

  • Advance payment is mandatory for all orders.

  • Payments outside tickets or without Owner supervision are not protected.
  • Refunds handled only by Owners and Shop Managers.
  • Chargebacks or false disputes result in permanent blacklist.
